Blockline is not on the Atlassian Marketplace yet. Its first release has what this site describes, and each release after it is listed here with its date.

• Issue panel

  What an issue waits on and what waits on it, including what its stories wait on, with its level and reason also in the Details column.

• Risk board

  Filter by space, risk, owner and type, sort by risk, date, key or open blockers, and save your scope.

• Team matrix

  Which space waits on which, with the worst risk per pair.

• Dependency map

  An epic’s chain upstream, with the level on every node.

• Data health

  Undated and unowned blockers and undated epics, one click from Jira’s issue search.

• Dashboard gadget

  The epics At risk or Blocked in the spaces you choose, each with its reason.

• What changed

  Your own risk history per epic, and the rows that changed since your last visit.

• Excel and CSV export

  The risk board, Holding up others, the team matrix and every dependency behind it, as filtered.

• Works on install

  The built-in Blocks link type, due dates and epics as deliverables, with nothing to set up.
