Request an app

When your team needs something in Jira that no app on the Atlassian Marketplace does, tell me. When other teams are likely to need it too, I build it as a new Lineset app and list it on the Marketplace. You pay nothing for the build, and you install it from the Marketplace like any other app.

How it works

  1. You tell me what you need, in the form below or by email. I answer within one business day.
  2. We talk it through. How your team works in Jira today, what should change, and whether other teams would use the app too. I say honestly if I think they would not.
  3. I build it on Forge, as the Lineset apps are, and you try it on your site before anyone else, to check it does what you need.
  4. It goes on the Atlassian Marketplace once Atlassian has reviewed it, and you install it from there.

What it costs you

Nothing for the build. Once it is listed, you pay what every customer pays: free for sites of up to 10 users with every feature, and above that a price per user, billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial.

What I can build

  • A Connect app you rely on that is not moving to Forge. Atlassian ends support for Connect, the older way of building Cloud apps, on 31 January 2027.
  • An app you used on Data Center that has no Cloud version. Atlassian stops selling Data Center to existing customers on 30 March 2028 and ends it on 28 March 2029.
  • The report your managers ask for every week, as a page, an issue panel or a dashboard gadget, read from what your teams already keep in Jira.
  • The fields and checks your process needs that Jira and its automation rules cannot express.

What I cannot take on

  • A process only your company has. An app for it would find no other buyers. An Atlassian Solution Partner builds that kind of app to order: Atlassian's partner directory lists them by country.

What you can count on

  • Your data stays in your Atlassian site, as with every Lineset app: built on Forge, asking only for the access it needs, with no servers of mine in between.
  • What you tell me stays between us. Neither the app nor its listing names you or your company unless you want it to.
  • It is looked after like every Lineset app, by the same support desk.
  • English or Latvian, in writing and on calls.

I’m Druvis: I make the Lineset apps and answer their support myself, from Riga. More about me. Or write to support@lineset.dev with “App request” in the subject.

Tell me what you need

What your team does in Jira today, and what should change. A rough idea is enough.
