For Atlassian partners
For Atlassian Solution Partners and consultants who set Jira up for clients. Lineset’s apps give answers from the Jira data your clients’ teams already keep: inside Jira, no servers, read-only.
The same on every app
- Privacy first. Inside Jira. No servers. Read-only. Built on Atlassian Forge, so a client’s data never leaves their Atlassian site.
- Free up to 10 users. Every feature on the free tier. The price per user drops as you grow; each app’s price is on its own site.
- Billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial. Solution Partners buy at the Marketplace’s partner discount.
- One support desk. The same desk answers for every app, within one business day.
Sumline
Get it on Atlassian Marketplace
For clients who ask why Jira does not add up the epic. Story points, time and % complete rolled up from subtasks to epics and initiatives — correct in team-managed and company-managed spaces.
- Points and time. Story points, original estimate, time spent and remaining estimate, plus up to three number fields of your own. Every level, including children in other spaces. Rolling up to initiatives needs Jira Premium; from subtask to epic, everything works on Free and Standard.
- Right where a sum goes wrong. Team-managed or company-managed, Sumline finds the story points field itself. A story estimated at 8 whose subtasks also add up to 8 counts as 8, not 16. An unestimated work item is named rather than counted as zero, and an empty epic shows “—”, never 100%.
- Where it shows. On the work item, in the Details column and its panel; in a space, the Sumline tab; across spaces, or a saved filter or JQL, Sumline under Apps; and a dashboard gadget. Service desks too.
- The tables. Rows that open, so you see where a total comes from. Group by assignee, priority, status or space for a total over each group. Excel and CSV of the rows on screen, after your filters and sort. Copy a link to the view as you left it.
- Warnings that say what may hold the work up: overdue, more time logged than estimated, closed with work still open, or open with everything under it done.

Logline

Timesheets from Jira’s own worklogs. By person, epic or client. Billable. Read-only. If a client’s worklog report is a Connect app, Atlassian says it might stop working. Logline has the same views, on Forge.

Which epics are at risk, and why. Reads your Blocks links. No setup.
Security reviews
Each app’s docs list its permissions and what it stores, under Permissions and data. How to report a security problem, our fix deadlines and our incident response plan are on the security page.
