The response team
Qualifying a work item and recording a report change what is kept, so Dueline asks who may.
Who may
- Jira administrators, always.
- People and groups an admin adds under Response team in Settings: up to 100 people and 50 groups. In the group list, search for a group that is not shown.
Everyone else who can open the work item sees its clocks, and the panel says who may qualify it.
What the team does
- Qualify a work item, which starts its clocks.
- Record as sent a report, with when it was sent and a reference.
- Fix available and Incident handled, which set the deadline of a final report that waits for them.
A sent report can be Corrected, to change its time or reference: the correction is a new entry, and the original stays in the record.

What the team cannot do
Change the settings: that is for Jira admins alone. Nobody can edit or delete a record: a correction is a new entry.
