Exporting to CSV — Blockline

The risk board and the team matrix both export to CSV, exactly as filtered on screen. Open Export CSV under either tab, then Download CSV to save the file or Copy to clipboard to paste it into a spreadsheet.

Risk board columns

Space: the deliverable’s space key.
Key: the issue key.
Summary: the issue summary.
Type: the issue type.
Status: the status.
Owner: the assignee.
Date: the issue’s date.
Date source: where the date came from, such as due date or sprint end.
Risk: OK, Watch, At risk or Blocked.
Reason: the top reason, worded as on screen.
Open blockers: how many open issues it waits on.
Cross-team blockers: how many of those are in other spaces.

Team matrix columns

Waiting space: the space that waits.
Blocking space: the space it waits on.
Open dependencies: how many open dependencies run between them.
Worst risk: the worst level among them.

Spreadsheet safety

A cell that would start with =, +, - or @, other than a plain number, is written so that spreadsheet apps show it as text instead of running it as a formula.
