Excel, CSV and Copy link

Every tab’s rows can leave Jira as a file, and the view can be sent as a link. Both are in the page’s header: the Download menu and the Copy link chip.

Download Excel

Download › Excel saves a workbook with one sheet for each part of the dashboard: Spaces first where the rows come from more than one space, then Week by week, then one sheet for each cut of the four keys, in the order of the tabs: Lead time spread, Recovery spread, Release size (where a deployment is a release), Found after, Weekday, Work type and Priority. Then Releases (or Deployments), then Failures. Each sheet has a line above its table with the scope, the period, the dates it covers and the day it was downloaded. Change lead time is in days and failed deployment recovery time in hours, each to two places.

The Week by week sheet has a column for the 85th percentile of change lead time and of recovery time, the three stages of the lead time, the failures raised and the failures still open at the end of each week or month.

Download CSV

Download › CSV saves the tab on screen as one table, for a spreadsheet that takes one sheet: the weeks on the Overview, the releases on Deployments, the work types on Lead time, the failures on Recovery, the releases that failed on Fail rate, and the spaces on Spaces. The file is named for the tab and the space.

Copy link copies the page’s address with its scope, the Period, the Space chip and the tab. Paste it where your team reads, and the page opens on the same view. It shows the figures to the person who opens it, for the work that person may browse.

What you have now

A workbook of every tab, a table of the tab on screen, and a link to the same view. The figures in the files are the figures on the page: they come from the same read.
